ما هو مؤشر الرفع المالي (الملاءة المالية)؟
يبين هذا المؤشر مستوى التزامات الشركة المالية تجاه الغير (المؤسسات المالية والدائنون) في هيكل رأسمال الشركة. وتحسب قيمة المؤشر وفقاً للآتي: مؤشر الرفع المالي = (إجمالي المطلوبات ÷ إجمالي حقوق الملكية) علماً، بأنه كلما قلت هذه النسبة دل ذلك على ملاءة الشركة مالياً وقدرتها على الوفاء بكل التزاماتها المالية قصيرة وطويلة الأجل وتمويل أنشطتها التشغيلية ذاتياً دون الحاجة إلى الاقتراض أو التعرض إلى مخاطر التعثر المالي.
Financial Leverage Index
It measures the level of the company’s obligations towards others (financial institutions and creditors) in the company’s capital structure. It is calculated as follows: Financial Leverage = Total liabilities/ Shareholders’ equity
A decrease in this percentage is an indicator of the company’s financial leverage and its ability to fulfill its short and long term financial liabilities and to self-finance its operations without the need to borrow or be subjected to financial distress.
