المحاولة أو الطلب لتملك أسهم تؤدي إلى سيطرة على شركة مدرجة في البورصة أو شركة غير مدرجة في حال الاستحواذ العكسي، طبقا لأحكام القوانين (الاندماج والاستحواذ).
Acquisition Offer
An offer to acquire or a solicitation to procure the acquisition of shares which would contribute to achieving effective control over a company listed on an Exchange, or over an unlisted company in the event of reverse acquisition, to which the provisions and rules of Module Nine (Mergers and Acquisitions) of the Executive Bylaws of CMA’s Law apply.
