ما هي الأرباح المحتجزة؟
هي قيمة الأرباح التي تعيد الشركة استثمارها بدلاً من توزيعها كأرباح على حملة الأسهم وتظهر في بند حقوق المساهمين في ميزانيتها العمومية، تمثل أحد مصادر التمويل الداخلي للشركة ويمكن إعادة توزيعها مستقبلاً.
Retained Earnings
The amount of the profit which the company has reinvested instead of distributing as dividends. It appears under the shareholders’ equity heading in the general balance sheet. It is considered a source for the internal financing of the company that can be redistributed in the future.
